[Hiring] Sr Business Intelligence Analyst @UC Health

Role Description

The purpose of this position is to support organizational needs for data reporting, data extracts, visual dashboards, and related metrics to inform decision‑making, planning, and continuous improvement across UC Health—with a special focus on the Neuroscience Institute.

• Collection, manipulation, and dissemination of data to support clinicians and decision‑makers at all levels of the organization.
• Opportunities to work with emerging technologies.
• Experience applying AI‑assisted analytics, such as building simple interfaces using AI agents or exploring methods for extracting insights from unstructured clinical data within medical records.
• Leads development projects with junior staff.
• Responsible for the creation, documentation, and support of business intelligence (BI) solutions from Epic databases and other data stores.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis experience are critical for success in this role.

Qualifications
