Role Description

This role involves supporting digital measurement frameworks, maintaining reporting dashboards, and analyzing web and campaign performance to guide data-driven decisions.

• Maintain dashboards, create reports, and perform ad-hoc analyses using Adobe Analytics.
• Support tagging implementation, QA, UAT testing, and troubleshooting of tracking issues.
• Translate business requirements into clear analytical approaches and documentation.
• Monitor site and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with COE Digital and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics or digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on Adobe Analytics work.
• Innovative, detail-oriented problem-solving skills with strong independent working capability.
• Effective collaboration across diverse teams while fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree.

Benefits

• Annual pay range between $76,800 - $90,000.
