[Hiring] Senior Web Analyst @Cro Metrics

Role Description

The Senior Web Analyst owns analytics for a set of Cro Metrics clients, covering their measurement, data infrastructure, and the attribution and ROI models behind their growth programs. Responsibilities include:

• Setting each client's analytics roadmap and ensuring data integrity behind tests, campaigns, and recommendations.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering and QA.
• Collaborating with strategists and subject matter experts across CRO, Lifecycle, and Paid Media.
• Presenting to clients' day-to-day contacts and executive sponsors.
• Spotting risks and opportunities early to help account teams grow client relationships through analytics.
• Influencing how analytics grows at Cro Metrics and shaping the future of agency work with AI.

What You'll Do

• Present analysis and recommendations to clients, building their confidence in findings.
• Work with client teams to turn findings into action plans, including ROI models.
• Own and drive analytics roadmaps for clients.
• Build and visualize complex attribution models and test them for accuracy.
• Design and implement complex integrations with JavaScript or collaborate with a data engineer.
• Resolve complex data parity issues and provide clear paths forward.
• Find practical solutions to client analytics and infrastructure problems.
• Use SQL, Python, and R to join data sources and create advanced reporting and visualizations.
• Flag risks and opportunities to account and delivery teams early.
• Build and present analytics sections of quarterly client status reviews.
• Support sales and account teams on analytics opportunities.
• Build AI tools, skills, and prompts to enhance analytics work.
• Delegate work to teammates and nearshore contractors, reviewing for quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web or marketing analytics experience, ideally across multiple clients or at an agency.
• Deep experience with attribution modeling, measurement, and data infrastructure.
• Fluency in SQL and relational databases, plus Python and R.
• Comfort with JavaScript for tracking and integrations.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Experience presenting analysis to senior client stakeholders.
• A track record of building understandable ROI models.
• Experience supporting CRO/experimentation, lifecycle, or paid media programs.
• Comfort delegating and directing work done by others.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Experience with third-party attribution or marketing mix modeling tools.
• Background supporting A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Experience helping scope or sell analytics services.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $110,000-140,000. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for benefits, which will be discussed during the interview process.
