Role Description

This role involves conducting qualitative market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics.

• Conducting qualitative market research studies
• Ideally, experience with quantitative market research studies
• Project management, client briefing, discussion guide/questionnaire creation, execution of individual interviews and group discussions
• Conception, preparation and presentation of results reports
• Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in psychology, sociology, health economics, or a comparable field of study
• Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field
• Experience with a range of market research projects
• Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving the quality of services
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives
• Native German language is a must
