Role Description

Outsourced Pro Global is seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making by leading complex research projects and conducting in-depth analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, develop research plans, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex research projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis using various tools and techniques.
• Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on research-related projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a research or similar role.
• Experience leading and conducting complex research projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
• Strong data manipulation and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift.
• Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+.
• 256GB Storage space - minimum.
• 8-16GB RAM - minimum.
• Dual Core CPU - minimum.
• Camera: HD Webcam (720p).
• Headset: Noise canceling (preferably).
• Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum.
