Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantitative Market Researcher to lead survey-based customer, product and experience research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, concept testing and consumer segmentation, and be able to translate complex research findings into actionable business insights for clients and stakeholders. This role covers the full research lifecycle, from study and questionnaire design through execution, analysis and presentation of recommendations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering conjoint analysis, MaxDiff and concept testing studies
• Experience conducting consumer segmentation studies and translating results into business recommendations
• Strong questionnaire and survey design skills, including translating business questions into appropriate research methodologies
• Experience managing research vendors and overseeing study execution and data quality
• Client-facing consulting experience, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple research projects, timelines and deliverables independently
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (preferred) or anywhere within Canada with coverage for EST business hours
• Base compensation: CAD $94,000 to $107,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution and presentation of quantitative market research studies
• Translate client business questions into research objectives, study designs and analysis plans
• Conduct advanced quantitative analyses, including conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, concept testing and segmentation studies
• Develop questionnaires and surveys, and manage research vendors
• Oversee research execution and validate the quality of collected data
• Analyze and synthesize data into compelling insights and recommendations
• Create executive-ready presentations and data visualizations
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
