[Hiring] Senior Provider Network Analyst @Covera Health

1mth ago - Covera Health is hiring a remote Senior Provider Network Analyst. πŸ’Έ Salary: usd 105,000 - 140,000 per year πŸ“Location: USA

Role Description

Covera Health delivers mission-critical Center of Excellence (CoE) programs to a growing portfolio of Fortune 100 jumbo employers and health plans, and the health of that network is central to the value we deliver. We're looking for a Senior Provider Network Analyst to own the visibility layer for our CoE network - setting the standard for how we measure network performance and quality, surfacing risks early, and turning complex data into clear reporting that our clients and internal leaders trust and act on.

Sitting at the intersection of our data, clinical, and account teams, you'll be the person who ensures everyone knows how the network is performing and where it needs attention. This is a high-impact, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in accurate data, clean reporting, and insights that drive decisions.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Monitor and maintain the health of the Center of Excellence (CoE) network, tracking key performance and quality metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Design and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards on network status for jumbo employer clients and internal stakeholders, including the executive and leadership teams, using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
  • Conduct access and network adequacy analysis to evaluate coverage, gaps, and utilization across CoE partners.
  • Own the reporting process end to end - data collection, validation, visualization, and distribution - delivering reliably against recurring timelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with account management, clinical, and data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and performance issues in the network and proactively flag them to the right stakeholders.
  • Support client-facing meetings and business reviews with clear, digestible visual summaries of network performance.
  • Build and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring reporting cycles.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics, with demonstrated expertise in network adequacy or coverage analysis, ideally within healthcare, health plans, or employer benefits.
  • Strong data visualization skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Databricks BI, or a similar tool like Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data, plus experience with Databricks and advanced Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end reporting workflows and set the standards and methodology others follow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical detail for executive audiences.
  • A detail-oriented, quality-assurance mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Comfort building executive-ready summaries and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert or informally mentoring more junior analysts preferred.

Requirements

  • We are a remote-first company with employees located across the U.S., and this role is fully remote - we welcome candidates from anywhere in the country.
  • We also have a NYC office located at Penn 1 for those who enjoy coming in for collaboration and connection (and lunch!).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical plans - choose from three plans, including one with 100% of premiums covered for you and your dependents.
  • Vision & Dental.
  • Hybrid Time Off Policy (Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy for exempt employees and Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy for non-exempt employees).
  • Sick days in accordance with your state law.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • 12 Fixed Holidays (company closed).
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan.
  • Annual Professional Development Stipend to invest in courses, books, or any other professional development related activity.
  • Annual Wellness stipend for fitness, mental health or other wellness expenses.
  • The minimum and maximum base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 - $140,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, expertise and location.
