Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Python, and Azure Databricks, with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver impactful dashboards and insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
• Integrate data from Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Databricks into Power BI
• Write Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting platforms
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users on Power BI usage
• Work closely with data engineers and architects to align reporting with data pipelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development
• 4+ years of proven proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analytics
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Spark
• 4+ years of solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL
• 3+ years of experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms

Requirements

• Microsoft Power BI certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus
