[Hiring] Senior Manager of Healthcare Data & Analytics @Dataspace

Role Description

Our client is a rapidly growing primary healthcare provider in the Southern United States. Their success is built on an analytics-driven approach to healthcare. They now need to add a senior manager to lead their data and analytics team.

The work includes:

• Leading and managing the data and analytics team
• Setting standards
• Doing hands-on technical tasks
• Coordinating with company managers to understand and address their needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in analytics
• 3+ years experience managing data teams
• Healthcare experience, preferably in value-based care or Medicare environments
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with modern data tools such as Snowflake and dbt
• Fluency in AI and AI-supported coding

Requirements

• Payer data (MMR, MOR, MAO-004, claims, eligibility, etc.)
• BI tools (preferably Lightdash)
• Python & orchestration (Prefect, Airflow, Dagster, etc.)
• Healthcare data models (Tuva)

Benefits

• Compensation: $150,000 to $180,000 per year
