[Hiring] Senior Manager II, Client Insights @Circana

Role Description

This is a client-facing role that will provide dedicated support for the client's Consumer Healthcare’s vitamins subsidiary. This position focuses on supporting the day-to-day needs of client users across functions like brand, marketing, and category management. You’ll be tasked with helping the client evaluate drivers of business performance, opportunities for growth, and contributing to thought leadership in the Vitamins space. This role will also have some training and operational responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Advanced Analytic Skills: Showcase proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to devise meaningful solutions for clients.
• Consultative Approach: Utilize business, industry, and domain knowledge to identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in OTC to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
• Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
• Impactful Presence: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, projecting a professional image.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions, preferably within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Research, or Marketing Services company.
• Strong expertise with syndicated data such as Circana, IRI, NPD, and associated platforms is a requirement.
• Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to tell the story through data.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and integrating multiple data sources (point-of-sale, panel, etc.) to address client business challenges, delivering data-driven insights and implications.
• Proven ability to successfully partner with cross-functional teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Skilled in engaging clients in a consultative manner to effectively solve and manage content deliverables.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Benefits

• Salary range: $88,000 to $125,000.
• Eligible for 10% bonus pay.
• Comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote. Candidates periodically accessible to Pine Brook, NJ, would be preferred.
