[Hiring] Senior Manager - Business Analytics @GoDaddy

Role Description

Join our team at GoDaddy as a Sr. Mgr - Business Analytics, where you'll be one of the most senior individual contributors on the Commercial Success team. This team is the analytics engine behind two of GoDaddy's most important growth levers: Renewals and Media.

What you'll get to do:

• Lead complex, end-to-end analytics across Renewals and Media, transforming ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including Redshift, financial and budgeting systems, media/ad platforms, and ad hoc datasets.
• Deliver executive-ready insights through QuickSight dashboards, advanced Excel models, and compelling presentations.
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and drive adoption of innovative analytical practices.
• Partner closely with Renewals, Media, and Finance leaders to shape strategy and enhance organizational data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced SQL expertise, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Proven experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Strong data visualization and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and analytical depth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience with Python for data wrangling and automating recurring analysis.
• Knowledge of experimentation and statistics, including A/B test design.
• Domain experience in subscription/renewals, marketing/media, or FP&A/finance is a plus.
• Experience building automated reporting pipelines (SQL → Python → dashboard/deck).
