[Hiring] Senior Digital Engagement Analyst @BCBSM, Inc.

Role Description

This role is at the heart of transforming our digital member experience. The Senior Digital Experience Analyst will identify and prioritize experience improvement opportunities by analyzing digital engagement data and synthesizing insights across multiple sources.

• Collaborate closely with digital product owners and content strategists to optimize journeys and elevate member satisfaction.
• Lead high-impact analytics initiatives that uncover actionable insights and drive measurable improvements in digital, mobile, and email experiences.
• Design and implement digital engagement measurement strategies tailored to business goals.
• Translate complex, cross-channel data into compelling stories that influence prioritization and investment decisions across the organization.
• Size opportunities and quantify ROI for experience enhancements.
• Co-create intuitive dashboards, templates, and insight artifacts that empower teams to self-serve and act on member experience data.
• Tackle open-ended analytical challenges with structured thinking, technical rigor, and a bias for action.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize analytics tools, ensure data integrity, and evolve measurement capabilities.
• Champion a culture of insight activation by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and elevating the team’s storytelling craft.
• Provide and receive feedback with clarity and empathy, contributing to a high-trust, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data storytelling, or experience measurement, with a proven track record of driving business impact.
• Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
• Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, influencing without authority.
• Deep empathy for the customer and a passion for improving digital experiences through data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
• Experience designing and measuring A/B tests or other experimentation frameworks.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, prioritizing competing demands, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to mentor others and share knowledge.
• High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Proficient in Voice of the Customer applications like InMoment, Qualtrics or Medallia.
• Proficient with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
