Role Description

As a senior digital analyst on the Acquisition Experience team, you'll enhance the business's e-commerce platform and deliver innovative digital experiences on Progressive.com. Your responsibilities include:

• Shaping measurement strategies
• Creating and maintaining performance dashboards
• Conducting analyses to uncover optimization opportunities
• Translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Leading qualitative Voice of Customer, GenAI, and emerging technology agendas
• Partnering closely with data analysts, data engineers, IT, and enterprise data and architecture communities
• Advancing strategic initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

Requirements

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS, or R)
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to translate analytical findings to business performance and strategic decisions
• Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) practices and modern web design principles
• Working knowledge of technical frameworks that drive website experiences, including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML
