Role Description
This role is critical in strengthening risk management by providing data driven insights into Operational Risk trends, control effectiveness, and financial impact.
- Developing Operational Risk Event deck for committee reporting - tracking open ORE volume and dollar trends, highlighting improvements, and identifying areas needing governance enhancements.
- Enhancing Risk Reporting and Analysis - offering a long-term view of risk resilience, historical trends and customer impact.
- Enhancing the Operational Risk Profile - providing a structured view of risk categories, root causes, and control effectiveness, supporting a more resilient risk framework.
- Producing Ad-Hoc Reports and Dashboards - delivering critical risk insights to support decision making and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with management to execute analytical initiatives.
- Solving business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics and machine learning.
- Creating reports and dashboards to closely monitor performance metrics and provide insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related.
- 2+ years in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related.
Requirements
- Primarily remain in a stationary position.
- No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job.
- Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as but not limited to computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
