  • Integrate and validate data from multiple systems, including care management platforms, quality monitoring tools, provider networks, claims data, assessment systems, and regulatory reporting sources.

  • Monitor LTSS performance indicators including Health Risk Assessments, InterRAI assessments, Nursing Facility Level of Care Determination (NFLOCD) completion, Person-Centered Service Plans, Integrated Care Team (ICT) participation, HCBS utilization, care management productivity, and state quality measures.
  • Support ongoing monitoring of LTSS contractual requirements through development of compliance and performance reporting tools.
  • Partner with LTSS leadership to identify emerging trends, operational risks, barriers to performance, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop executive summaries and presentations communicating program performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Support state audits, readiness reviews, corrective action plans, and regulatory inquiries through data analysis and reporting.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding LTSS operational reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of healthcare analytics, reporting, managed care, population health, Medicaid, or related healthcare experience.
  • Experience working with large, complex healthcare and operational datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including dashboard development, data modeling, and advanced reporting.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in healthcare, business, analytics, or public health discipline.
  • Experience supporting LTSS, HCBS Waiver, Medicaid, D-SNP, HIDE, FIDE, or integrated care programs.
  • Advanced SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or business intelligence tool experience.
  • Knowledge of Michigan SNP contract requirements and LTSS operations.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Time off (including paid time off, company and personal holidays, paid parental and caregiver leave).
  • Short-term and long-term disability.
  • Life insurance and many other opportunities.
