In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the organization’s decision-making processes through data analysis and reporting. You will be a pivotal member of the Reporting and Analytics team, acting as a data and reporting expert to foster effective business operations. Your expertise will help drive data-informed strategies and enhance operational efficiency across various departments. By translating complex business requirements into actionable reporting solutions, you will contribute significantly to the company’s mission. Your ability to collaborate with leadership and provide coaching to team members will ensure the effective use of data across the organization.

• Develop reporting solutions according to internal reporting standards and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance the reliability and functionality of current reports.
• Facilitate team sessions to collect reporting requirements and prioritize projects.
• Establish reporting, data, and metrics governance processes.
• Build strategic partnerships with leadership across the organization.
• Coach and guide team members and clients in data usage and interpretation.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• 3 years of experience with SQL.
• Ability to analyze complex problems using analytical tools.
• Skilled in time management and prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with various business areas and levels of leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with report generating technologies (e.g., GCP, SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau).
• Experience with data consolidation and modeling.
