Role Description

TELUS Health is seeking a Senior Data Conversion Lead who will work as part of a team to transform complex Health and Welfare (H&W) legacy data into seamless, modern solutions that impact millions of lives. As our Senior Data Conversion Lead, you will:

• Create and run H&W data conversion activities through SQL scripting and system tools.

Requirements

• Create and run conversion activities (through SQL scripting and system tools).

• Partner with Data Managers and client resources to focus on high-priority work that delivers maximum value.
• Provide timely, transparent progress updates and risk assessments with proactive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal collaborators, subject matter experts, and project managers throughout implementation.
• Share your expertise with client teams and TELUS Health colleagues, elevating everyone's capabilities.
• Capture action items, decisions, and escalations to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
