[Hiring] Senior Business Intelligence Lead @Natus

Role Description

Natus Medical Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. This role will lead our analytics transformation with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. It is a critical position responsible for transitioning from legacy BI platforms (including OBIEE) to a modern, Fabric-first data and analytics architecture.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Finance to deliver scalable, executive-ready insights by integrating data from Oracle EBS and Salesforce into Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions
• Drive adoption and implementation of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines, OneLake)
• Define and execute the BI modernization strategy, including migration from OBIEE
• Integrate data from Oracle EBS and Salesforce into unified Fabric-based data models
• Enable AI-driven insights using Microsoft Copilot within Power BI and Fabric
• Provide technical leadership, establish BI standards, and mentor team members

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, including leadership roles
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments
• Strong SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle EBS
• Proven ability to deliver impactful analytics solutions across Sales, Service, and Finance

Requirements

• Expected annual base salary: $160,000 CAD
• This role may also be eligible for a company bonus or commission plan, as applicable to the position
• Canadian work experience is not required
• Automated or artificial intelligence–assisted tools may be used in the screening or assessment of applicants
