Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to shape business decisions for a key Walmart account, using Retail Link and advanced analytics to uncover insights that drive growth, optimize operations, and improve overall business performance.

• Lead analysis of sales, inventory, and operational data from Walmart’s Retail Link platform to identify key business drivers and performance trends.
• Design and manage dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track category and item-level performance.
• Partner with sales and supply chain leaders to develop data-driven strategies for improving replenishment, forecast accuracy, and on-shelf availability.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business reviews and executive presentations.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across all reporting and analytics processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Retail Link analytics, mentoring junior analysts and enhancing reporting best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Walmart’s Retail Link platform — this is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting automation.
• Demonstrated experience in retail analytics, supply chain management, or business performance insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into compelling business narratives.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making at multiple levels.
