Role Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of the data analytics platform.
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with data engineers, architects, and scientists to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Assist in defining data governance, compliance, and security policies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate platform functionalities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects
- Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytical platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for data handling.
- In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects
