[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Vendor Management @Molina Healthcare

Role Description

Provides senior level analyst support for vendor management activities. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring key strategic/larger scale/more complex agreements from inception through completion.
• Engaging and overseeing the work of external vendors.
• Data analysis and solutioning for business and vendor performance issues.
• Reviewing service level agreements (SLAs) to identify and interpret trends and patterns and adherence to performance targets.
• Analyzing and reporting on key financial, contractual terms and business impact.
• Providing data-driven recommendations to support business and vendor needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a health care environment (payer experience), including experience with vendor management, data analytics, contract terms and conditions, procurement, project management, and/or account management, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Familiarity in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to job-related operational/vendor management subject areas.
• Ability to leverage problem-solving skills and utilize critical-thinking to resolve business issues.
• Time-management and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization, and escalate issues and concerns as appropriate.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, customer service acumen, and presentation skills.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency (including Excel), and ability to learn/navigate new software programs.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
