Role Description
You will partner directly with our support, fraud, and sales team for our Merchant Financials pod on our Ads & Promos team. You will support our team in ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service, protect customers from fraud, and provide data insights to make decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Listen to sales pitches
- Resolve customer issues
- Proactively monitor transactions for potential fraud

- Strategize: Understand the needs of our Merchants, prioritize those needs by impact, and create solutions with cross-functional partners
- Build: Drive the implementation of new product features and processes for managing Merchant financial products
- Construct: Navigate in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to undefined opportunities
- Analyze: Leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis and convince cross-functional partners
- Influence: Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to align on a path forward and bring these products to market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations / product management / investment banking / management consulting / mergers & acquisitions or related experience (preferable in the financing or fin tech industry)
- Energized by diving into difficult problems with first principles and working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams
- Logic & data-driven problem solver that can leverage Excel/Google Sheets to derive answers
- Ability to write SQL queries and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
- BA/BS degree
- Fluent in Spanish, with C1+ proficiency in English
