Role Description
This role will be responsible for supporting marketing analytics and surfacing business insights for our advertisers.
- Partner with Account Management/Sales teams to support the sales motion
- Generate customer insights and media optimizations
- Create campaign reports
- Analyze campaign effectiveness through lift studies
- Consolidate trends into case studies
- Develop performance benchmarks as new advertisers are onboarded
- Drive product adoption

- Partner: Work closely with sales and account teams to understand their data needs
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics in an advertising agency, consumer brand, or tech company; high growth startup experience preferred
- BA/BS degree
- Proficient in the English language (C1+ proficiency)
Requirements
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and consolidate data from multiple sources (advanced SQL required)
- Proficient in Excel (can maintain large, complex data sets)
- Demonstrate hypothesis-driven problem solving skills
- Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment
- Strong organization and communication skills to synthesize business insights from data
