[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics @Lumexa Imaging

Role Description

The Senior Analyst serves as a strategic data partner to both Sales and Operations, enabling data-driven decision-making across key business priorities. This role will deliver actionable insights on performance, develop and maintain dashboards to track key initiatives, and perform other ad hoc analyses. The Senior Analyst will support the organization by working closely with cross-functional leaders to translate complex data into clear recommendations, help guide strategy, improve execution, and drive business outcomes.

The candidate shall operate in a telecommuting role, with primary working hours to be flexibly scheduled within the window of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

• Analytics (95%):
  • Serve as a strategic data partner to Sales and Operations, providing insights and recommendations to support key priorities and drive business performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards that track KPIs and strategic initiatives, incorporating end-user feedback and best practices.
  • Deliver ongoing performance reporting for Sales and Operations leadership, ensuring visibility into results and drivers of performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses to support leadership decision-making, including building presentations and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Utilize SQL or other similar programming languages to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support data integration and analytics for acquisitions and new site launches, including modeling exam and order volumes.
  • Collaborate with IT and data management teams to support and enhance the broader Data Strategy.
• Completes other tasks and projects as assigned (5%).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols.
• Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of business intelligence principles, data analytics methodologies, and key performance indicators used to evaluate business performance and support strategic priorities.
• Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and data integration best practices.
• Knowledge of Sales and Operations performance metrics, business drivers, and forecasting methodologies to support decision-making and operational planning.
• Skill in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and performance reports that track KPIs and strategic initiatives.
• Skill in utilizing SQL and similar programming languages to extract, transform, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
• Skill in conducting ad hoc and recurring analyses, modeling exam and order volumes, and developing actionable business recommendations.
• Skill in preparing executive presentations and communicating analytical findings, trends, and performance drivers to stakeholders.
• Skill in collaborating with Sales, Operations, IT, and data management teams to enhance reporting capabilities and support enterprise data strategy initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and improve business performance.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical priorities, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and deliver accurate, timely, and reliable analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistic, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Health Administration, or other closely related fields.
• 4+ years in analytic roles.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other similar programming language to manipulate and extract large datasets.
• 3+ years of experience designing and managing dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Candidates with experience in healthcare environments supporting provider practices, hospitals, or value-based care organizations are strongly preferred.
