[Hiring] Senior Analyst @Magna International

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst who will play a central role in Power BI management reporting and business quote financials. The focus of this position is to deliver high quality data transparency, challenge commercial assumptions and provide management with clear, actionable insights. The role supports financial decision making through precise reporting, strong analytical depth and hands on business partnering.

• Own and develop management Power BI dashboards for engineering and business performance
• Deliver insight‑driven reporting: highlight deviations vs. budget, identify root causes, and propose improvement actions
• Support business quotes by validating inputs, challenging calculation logic, and ensuring financial methodology compliance
• Evaluate core business cases and ensure financial transparency for management decisions
• Drive profitability improvements, including task allocation, margin enhancement and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner with Engineering and Program Management on KPIs, workload and cost efficiency and VAVE-related financial impacts
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and provide ad-hoc financial analyses
• Consolidate findings into clear, structured presentations for leadership

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• Proven experience in creating management-focused Power BI dashboards
• Solid experience in business quotes, cost calculations and financial evaluation methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and confidence to challenge assumptions in a cross functional environment
• Independent working style with the ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel
• Structured communicator who can condense complex topics into crisp messages for management
• High level of accuracy, ownership and commitment to data driven decisions
