Role Description

We are looking for a Science Expert who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

• Independently own end-to-end product analysis – from defining hypotheses and setting up metrics to delivering clear recommendations that shape product decisions.
• Build analytical models and frameworks – apply statistical, machine learning, or AI methods to understand user behavior, forecast product outcomes, and identify growth opportunities.
• Turn data into product and business impact – translate findings into actionable insights that guide roadmap priorities, feature adoption, and user experience improvements.
• Safeguard data quality and product metrics – ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of KPIs used in product dashboards, experiments, and reporting.
• Continuously enhance analytics practice – explore new tools, datasets, and methodologies to strengthen product insights and improve decision-making efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as data analyst, product analyst, data scientist
• Solid Python and SQL skills
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in ML (including neural networks, GenAI, LLMs)
• Understanding of Marketing data structures, experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads is a big plus
• Experience with Redshift and AWS Airflow is a plus
• Experience with BI systems (Amazon QuickSight is a plus)
• Experience with SaaS products and understanding of key business metrics such as LTV, conversion rate, churn rate etc
• Solid knowledge of applied statistics (experience with A/B tests is a big plus)
• High results track records, experience in delivering projects from idea to result
• Strong understanding of SaaS business
