Role Description

Samlink is a Kyndryl company. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen our team. In this role, you will:

Identify and define business needs, problems, and opportunities
Provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from customers and stakeholders
Define new IT services or update existing ones based on business needs
Document and describe customer requirements in clear solution descriptions
Collaborate with development teams, solution designers, and other stakeholders
Ensure that solutions support customers' business goals and follow the industry’s best practices

Qualifications

Strong business knowledge of banking operations and the financial sector
At least 5 years of experience in requirement specification and business analysis in IT projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and analyze data effectively
Experience with software development processes and understanding technical solutions is an advantage
Proficiency in Finnish and English language

Requirements
