Role Description
Twin Health is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Data Analyst to join our billing operations team. In this role, you will provide critical support for our day-to-day billing operations, including:
- Data reporting and analysis
- Billing integrity audits
- Dashboard and metrics development
Your objective is to facilitate data reporting requirements to enable data-driven decisions for timely and accurate billing activities. Your experience in revenue cycle claims management will be utilized to ensure payer accounts are in good standing while minimizing claims issues. You will collaborate with our internal partner success teams to support customer billing-related needs and requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of eligibility, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 medical coding
- Proficiency in interpreting and reconciling Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- Experience with NetSuite, Tableau, and Revenue Cycle platforms
- Technical computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across teams
Requirements
- Previous experience working at a healthcare startup is a plus
- Background in SQL for querying and managing large datasets is a plus
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Background in data science, computer science, statistics, health information is a plus
