Role Description
This role involves optimizing operational performance for the Resource Management team within our Health Services Organization.
- Developing and managing long range volume and expense forecasting models
- Monitoring operational performance
- Analyzing customer data such as contact volume and communications
- Maintaining and improving inbound member call forecasting models
- Partnering with teams across the enterprise to understand operational processes
- Identifying continuous improvement strategies
- Leveraging data and predictive analysis to influence decisions
- Advising senior management of potential budgetary risks
- Ensuring accurate and timely month end financial close
- Consolidating data from numerous systems into a single source of truth
- Communicating key information across the enterprise
- Identifying and implementing technology to automate and improve forecasting process
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred
- 5+ years progressive workforce planning experience in contact center environment preferred
- Budgeting experience preferred
- Proven experience in modeling sequential data, statistical forecasting, and time series models preferred
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Hyperion, SQL, Python, R, or related software preferred
- Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights clearly
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet timelines and deadlines
- Advanced problem solving skills
Requirements
- Flexibility to perform onsite 3 days per week in specified locations
- Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
