Role Description

As a Project Manager on the UR Syndicated Research team, you will execute research studies that explore key questions shaping the future of early career recruiting. This role is primarily qualitative, with a strong focus on designing and conducting interviews with Talent Acquisition leaders, Heads of University Recruiting, Heads of Career Services, and other senior stakeholders.

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights and develop research reports that translate findings into clear, actionable perspectives for our members.
• Regular collaboration with internal leadership, with research deliverables directly informing firm-level priorities and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in market research or consulting is preferred, with a focus on HR, talent acquisition, or talent management topics a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization, analytical rigor, and high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing and executing research studies using a mix of methodologies, such as qualitative interviews, surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
• Strong qualitative research capabilities, including conducting interviews, analyzing open-ended responses, and identifying themes and insights across complex information sources.
• Ability to interpret and synthesize quantitative data and integrate it with qualitative insights to develop well-supported conclusions.
• Exceptional ability to translate research findings into clear narratives, frameworks, and compelling research reports.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, thoughtful, and high-quality research outputs.
• Comfort working through ambiguous research questions and structuring complex topics into clear analytical approaches.

• Salary: $80,000-$92,500 annually, depending on experience.
