Are you looking for an opportunity where you will bring your analytical skills to the table and provide recommendations to improve processes? As a Senior Specialist, Reporting, you will provide value-added service to the TTEC client base by generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Business evaluation
• Process development
• Business analysis
• Business modeling
• Report development

You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team. During a typical day, you’ll:

• Manage multiple complex business projects.
• Develop dashboards, data-driven solutions, perform data analysis and visualization in response to our internal clients' Ops.
• Maintain database records and conduct routine audits to validate proper site, client, and project relationships.
• Provide insights and analytics to enhance processes, productivity, and efficiency KPIs.
• Work directly with leadership teams and our internal customers, interacting with them, exchanging feedback and presenting results.
• Support clients and operations with ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Develop and maintain central operations data solutions using Excel skills, Power Query, Power Pivot, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel
• Power Query
• Power Pivot
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of data, performance, and KPI to apply in BPO operations and interpret reporting needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Good to have)
• Experience with Looker, Studio, Power BI, Tableau (Good to have)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and other advanced reporting tools (Good to have)
• Data visualization skills—translating data into meaningful insights (Good to have)
