[Hiring] Reporting Analyst @Aventus LLC

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to support our operations team by compiling data, maintaining trackers, and preparing visually polished presentations and reports.

As a Reporting Analyst, you will focus on collecting data from internal sources, organizing it in spreadsheets, and converting it into structured reports and slide decks for internal and client-facing use.

• Collect and Consolidate Data: Gather operational data provided by various departments.
• Data Entry & Accuracy: Input data into Google Sheets and Excel-based templates with a high degree of precision.
• Tracker Management: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly performance trackers.
• Presentation Support: Create and format Google Slides or PowerPoint decks using provided content.
• Brand & Format Consistency: Ensure consistent formatting, structure, and branding across all reports and presentations.
• Document Organization: Organize and archive reports and decks systematically for easy access and retrieval.
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing documentation and summaries for both internal and client-facing reports.
• Administrative Coordination: Support other administrative tasks related to reporting and data coordination.
• Timely Execution: Meet all deadlines for recurring and ad hoc reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in a reporting support, administrative, or MIS-related role — preferably within a BPO or service-oriented environment.
• Google Workspace Proficiency: Strong command of GSuite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Presentation Skills: Experience creating and formatting polished Google Slides presentations.
• English Fluency: C1-level English proficiency with impeccable grammar and writing skills.
