Role Description

The Reporting Analyst handles Dashboards within Business Relationship Management under the Service Delivery Line of Business, enabling real-time tracking of operations in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system, such as ServiceNow, to improve mission awareness, identify requirements, and enhance stakeholder communication. This role provides clear, easy-to-understand formats that minimize complexity and highlight key metrics like outages, incidents, and projects.

• Expertise in creating dashboards and reports
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills
• Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Ability to track and communicate operational metrics effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with the role/responsibilities listed above
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 1 year of ServiceNow experience (preferred)
