Role Description

We are looking for a Qualtrics Dashboard Specialist with strong experience across market research, survey data and data visualization. The role will focus on translating quantitative research data into interactive, client-facing Qualtrics dashboards, particularly for brand tracking, customer tracking and other multi-wave research programmes.

The ideal candidate combines strong Qualtrics dashboarding skills with an understanding of survey data and the ability to create clear, intuitive dashboards that help clients identify trends, competitive movement, and segment-level differences.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development & Visualization
  • Build and maintain interactive, client-facing Qualtrics dashboards for market research and tracking programmes.
  • Develop KPI scorecards, brand funnels, competitive comparisons, trend charts, segmentation views and dynamic filters.
  • Create intuitive dashboards focused on business decisions, not just data display.
  • Ensure dashboards are visually consistent, accurate and easy for clients to navigate.
• Tracking & Reporting
  • Develop dashboards for multi-wave and longitudinal studies, including wave-over-wave trends and historical comparisons.
  • Manage data appending and maintain consistency of KPIs and reporting across waves.
  • Translate research outputs and crosstabs into clear dashboard visualizations.
  • Support reporting requirements across multiple markets, brands and audience segments.
• Survey Data & Quality
  • Work with quantitative survey datasets, including banners, derived variables, weighting and significance indicators, and ensure accurate representation in dashboards.
  • Conduct dashboard and data QA and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before client delivery.
  • Ensure dashboard outputs remain aligned with the underlying survey data and reporting specifications.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Understand client reporting requirements and translate them into dashboard specifications.
  • Participate in requirements discussions and recommend appropriate dashboard structures and visualizations.
  • Present dashboards to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback through the delivery process.
• Survey Programming & Customization
  • Support Qualtrics survey programming, including Survey Flow, skip logic, randomization, quotas and embedded data.
  • Use HTML, CSS and JavaScript for survey customization and branding where required.
  • Ensure survey design and data structures support downstream dashboard requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Qualtrics experience, with substantial experience in dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience building interactive market research dashboards, ideally for brand tracking, customer tracking or other multi-wave studies.
• Strong understanding of survey data and quantitative research outputs, including crosstabs, banners, derived variables, weighting and significance indicators.
• Experience developing trends, funnels, competitive comparisons, KPI scorecards, segmentation views and dynamic filters.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to present complex survey data clearly and intuitively.
• Experience with Qualtrics survey programming, including Survey Flow, skip logic, randomization, quotas and embedded data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.

• HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience for Qualtrics customization.
• Experience with Qualtrics Text iQ or other text analytics tools.
• Experience with Qualtrics APIs, JSON or external data integrations.
• Experience with SPSS, Python or other data-processing tools.
• Experience with Decipher, Confirmit, Forsta or other survey platforms.
• Experience delivering client training and developing user documentation.
