[Hiring] Provider Data Specialist @UnitedHealth Group

Role Description

Positions in this function are responsible for various activities related to the provider network database which may include any or all of the following:

• Database maintenance
• Reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses
• Initiating database improvement
• Developing and maintaining standards for database integrity and quality assurance
• Coordinating corrective activities to clean database and retain users
• Managing communication processes with other departments regarding database improvements
• Conducting audits and providing feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance
• Maintaining current provider data to ensure the quality of the network
• Representing the provider network area on company IT projects
• Reporting and tracking provider calls and complaints
• Supporting, coordinating, and producing the paper directory cycles

In this role, you will put your relationship building and analytical skills to the test. You'll interact with providers and report on behalf of the provider database during wider ranging IT projects. You'll be part of a fast-paced, data driven organization where accuracy and performance are highly valued.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM Pacific Time

Location: Remote - Nationwide

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 2+ years of claims/data entry experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office

Requirements

• 1+ years of Customer service experience

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
