[Hiring] Product Decision Scientist @CVS Health

Role Description

This is a highly impactful, hands-on role where you’ll own analytics strategy and influence product direction. This role is expected to closely work with the Clinician Enablement & Ecosystem Product team to deliver measurable business impact and make data-driven decisions assisting in:

• Reporting needs
• Optimizing product experiences
• Feature prioritization
• Strategy through light experimentation and data analysis

The role will also work closely with some of our Ireland-based product teams.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
• 1 to 3 years of experience with Power BI
• 1 to 3 years of Python experience for analytics (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, pandas)
• 1 to 2 years of stakeholder management experience - building relationships and interpreting technical details for a non-technical audience
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tools
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Adobe Analytics
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proactiveness in problem-solving

Requirements

• Experience with DBT or similar data engineering (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
