Role Description

This role involves understanding user interactions with our products and leveraging data to optimize product performance and improve customer experiences.

Analyze front-end user data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for product improvements.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to provide data-driven insights that inform product decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track product performance and user engagement.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of product changes and new features.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity, collection, and accessibility for accurate analysis.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.
Present findings and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline).
1-2 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a related field (internships or academic projects may be considered).
Proficiency in SQL to query and analyze data from relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create dashboards and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Built’s salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 USD per year.
