[Hiring] Product Analytics & Customer Research Specialist @AP MAX INC

Role Description

Allia Health Group is seeking a specialist to own the voice of the customer and the numbers behind our products. You'll run customer outreach and case study calls, dig into product analytics, and turn what you learn into insights the product team acts on. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Head of Product, with real ownership from day one. It's a strong fit for someone early in their career (2–4 years) who wants to grow fast inside a healthcare product organization, you'll touch research, analytics, and product operations rather than being siloed into one lane.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer outreach: recruit, schedule, and run customer interviews and case study calls across our products
• Run product analytics deep dives in Mixpanel/ Allia Health Group's data brain and funnels, retention, engagement, and feature adoption — and present findings with clear recommendations
• Design and field surveys; synthesize qualitative and quantitative input into Voice of the Customer reporting for leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring insight reports the product team uses to make decisions
• Support product operations across initiatives — coordinating alpha/beta testing cohorts, tracking follow-ups, and keeping research artifacts organized

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in product analytics, customer research, market research, or a related analytical role
• Hands-on experience with a product analytics platform (Mixpanel preferred) and working SQL
• Experience running customer interviews or user research, and comfort talking to customers on video calls
• Strong writing: you can turn messy inputs into a crisp one-page insight summary
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple initiatives in a remote team

Preferred Requirement(s)

• Experience at a health tech or healthcare company, especially at enterprise level
• Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Jotform, Google meets, Claude analytics research) and research repositories
• Exposure to experimentation (A/B testing) and cohort analysis
