[Hiring] Principal Data Analyst @TNT Growth

Role Description

If you prefer deep work and leading teams from the front over people management, this role is built for you. This role is fully remote and open to candidates outside of the US. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead analytics initiatives end-to-end—without people management responsibilities. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and client teams to design data systems, uncover insights, and guide strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead data analytics projects across internal and client accounts from concept to delivery
• Mentor team members and guide team project efforts
• Act as a strategic thought partner on data infrastructure and analytics best practices
• Architect and optimize data pipelines, models, and warehouse structures
• Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and make recommendations that tie the data stories and business goals together
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
• Partner with marketing teams to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Design scalable ETL structures using tools like Hightouch, Clay, and Segment
• Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity across all systems and projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and client stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data architecture, modeling, and warehousing (both building and leveraging systems) in a Tech, SaaS, or Growth Marketing environment
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven data pipelines and modern data stack architecture
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • PowerBI, Tableau, Looker
  • PostgreSQL
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Experience with ETL tools such as Hightouch, Clay, Segment

Compensation

• Base Salary - $100k-$140k
