[Hiring] Power BI Principal Consultant @P3 Adaptive

Role Description

You'll do work that actually matters to clients. You know why you're doing it and who it's going to help. If you don't believe it will help, we change gears to something that does.

• Direct client contact. Nobody in between translating requirements. Real conversations with real people about real problems.
• Small, senior, hands-on team. No offshore relay races, no bureaucracy, no consultant theater. We never push the wrong thing just because it bills more hours.
• You'll work with AI the way our senior team already does: as a lever, not a crutch. Every consultant here has hands on it from week one, and uses it to meet clients on whatever stack they already run. You'll ship more, catch more, and think bigger.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. You know why context transition matters and can catch a measure that looks right but isn't.
• Dimensional modeling that scales. Anti-patterns catch your eye before they catch a client.
• You've used AI in real client or production work. You can point to something an AI helped you ship and describe exactly where it was wrong before you fixed it.
• You treat AI output as a starting draft, not a final answer. You verify, you test, you know how it fails.
• You care as much about business impact as technical polish.
• You can translate executive frustration into technical and human solves.
• You don't just deliver dashboards. You earn trust by helping clients think differently.
• Comfortable presenting to a C-suite or a front-line manager.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card. This position does not sponsor work visas.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000.
• Incentive Program: Grow relationships, grow your income.
• Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life, 401k - the works.
• Remote Work: US-based team. Your home office wherever makes you happiest.
• Professional Growth: We're not surviving the AI wave, we're building on top of it. You'll go deeper on Claude, Fabric, Copilot, and the workflow patterns that turn one consultant into a consulting team of one.

Company Description

Our clients get excited about going to work because they can finally answer questions that used to take so long they wouldn't even try.

We're the firm that isn't just surviving the AI wave. We're building on top of it. If you want to grow into AI instead of worry about being replaced by it, we're ready to meet you.
