Responsibilities:

• Automate and enhance dashboard visualizations to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality assurance by implementing and maintaining data validation processes and standards.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting packages to track and communicate key performance indicators effectively.
• Monitor trends in performance data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Automate reporting cycles to streamline the delivery of performance reports and reduce manual effort.
• Provide tactical support to senior analysts by assisting with complex data analysis, reporting, and visualization tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance metrics with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for performance metrics, reporting processes, and data visualizations.
• Stay current with emerging performance analytics technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Participate in the procurement and evaluation of performance analytics tools and software.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and internal standards in all performance analytics efforts.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of performance metrics and reporting processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance analytics strategies and methodologies.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Performance & Metrics Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
• Proficiency in dashboard automation and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong skills in data quality assurance and validation processes.
• Experience in developing and maintaining KPI reporting packages.
• Expertise in monitoring trends and identifying patterns in performance data.
• Experience in automating reporting cycles and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and platforms.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
