Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise metadata and hierarchy management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle DRM/EDMCS, enterprise data governance, metadata management, and Oracle EPM technologies.

This role will be responsible for:

• Establishing scalable metadata frameworks
• Governing enterprise reference data
• Designing hierarchy management solutions
• Integrating Oracle DRM with downstream financial, operational, and reporting systems

The Architect will work closely with:

• Business stakeholders
• Finance teams
• Data stewards
• Technical teams

to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of enterprise master and reference data.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle DRM and/or Oracle EDMCS solutions
• Strong expertise in enterprise metadata management and hierarchy governance
• Experience designing data governance and stewardship frameworks
• Proven experience integrating DRM with Oracle EPM, ERP, data warehouse, and reporting platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise financial structures and organizational hierarchies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution design skills
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance across teams
