Role Description
You will be a member of a team providing media analysis services for global brands. This role entails the analysis of published media content for entity mentions, topics and themes relevant to Onclusive’s global enterprise client base.
- Analyse news content in English language
- Review media content and apply tagging and coding to categorize and label each item according to predefined guidelines
- Perform curation work, checking news articles analysed via automated means for accuracy and providing feedback on errors
- Cross-reference news content with a client analytics brief specific to each project
- Use Onclusive’s in-house Data analysis apps to perform the analysis
- Ensure accuracy and consistency while adhering to predefined guidelines
- Provide summaries in English for certain projects, offering an overview of analyzed news stories
- Ensure timely delivery against project deadlines, working closely with your Team Leader
- Maintain effective communication with the media analysis team and other stakeholders
- Update records on CRM/project management software and keep accurate records of work completed and errors logged
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written English; other main European languages are an advantage
- Experience in using MS suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software packages, including Onclusive’s in-house Data analysis apps
- Ability to communicate efficiently across multiple online platforms (emails, Microsoft Teams, project management software)
- A proven interest in media culture & understanding of the global corporate news agenda
- Ability to plan your own workload independently to meet deadlines
- Ability to work shifts as defined by Team Management; flexibility
