As the Measurement Strategist, you will collaborate with the Measurement Lead to strategize and execute the company’s efforts to standardize digital marketing success metrics for the Automotive Industry. You will serve as a key role within the Business Intelligence team, and your work will directly influence both client performance and company digital marketing strategies. The candidate for this role will help fulfill the vision of standardizing success metrics for digital marketing using analytical platforms. The role will heavily utilize Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to power the company’s business intelligence.
At Foundation, you will be given resources and creative freedom to provide thought-leadership on data analytics to develop unique solutions. Your input will help to shape the direction of the company for years to come and provide significant growth potential for a lasting career.
- Manage setup and tagging of digital analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Build and maintain robust measurement strategy documentation and execution for tag management architecture and solution design at scale.
- Define tracking requirements and ensure data quality, streamline tag deployment and maintenance.
- Manage ticket system of internal support requests by doing ad-hoc deep dives of GA4 and GTM.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in marketing, business analytics, statistics, business or equivalent experience
- 2+ years professional experience with a Web Analytics Tool (Google Analytics preferred) and Tag Management System (Google Tag Manager preferred)
- 2+ years professional experience implementing analytics code on websites to collect data for analytics tools
- Strong working knowledge of ad platform reporting metrics (i.e., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Plus to those with experience in Google Analytics Data API and Google Tag Manager API
- Ability to interpret marketing data, identify novel insights, analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Strategic planner and analytical problem solver
- Proficient in Google sheets and the Google suite of products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
