Role Description

• Manage and improve Master Data existing tools
• Understand existing tools functionalities
• Support evolution and manage troubleshooting
• Propose simplification in the tool or process to improve global efficiency
• Support tool creation or evolution
• Identify and formalize customer needs
• Develop requested tools or link business customers with IT dedicated team if development is outsourced
• Support launch and improvement process of new tools
• Support AI implementation on Teams activities
• Identify potential use of AI tools to improve efficiency and robustness of data gathering process
• Conduct training on the usage of AI tools within the team

Qualifications

• Experience with advanced functions of Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Generative AI and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot capabilities and adoption strategies
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority; strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Customer-focused approach understands end-user workflow pain points and drives practical, adoptable solutions
