Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Mass Tort Data Analyst to help drive our data processes forward. You will serve as a key contributor across active client projects, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver actionable insights and robust data solutions that support our Mass Tort operations, with a strong emphasis on lien resolution workflows.

This role requires prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien resolution space. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a track record of owning data workflows, and a passion for improving systems at scale.

  • Obtain, validate, and organize large client data sets for use within the Zipliens platform.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all data deliverables.
  • Manage recurring data exchanges with external agencies (e.g., Medicare, LRP vendors, Medicaid), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver customized reporting solutions and visualizations to meet internal and external needs.
  • Work with client data teams to improve onboarding and file delivery processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in recurring workflows, lead optimization initiatives, and document processes and standards to support internal consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with developers to define requirements and support tool development in the Zipliens portal.
  • Provide department leadership with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate data challenges and solutions clearly and succinctly across teams.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien processing industry is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a thoughtful approach to downstream impacts.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism, self-sufficiency, and readiness for remote work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (preferred).
