Role Description
Join GrowthAssistant as a Marketing Data Analyst! Are you a data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills? We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our referral program reporting, fraud detection, and marketing insights. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with data, this role is for you!
- Support reporting and validation of referral volume.
- Identify fraudulent referrers and flag anomalies.
- Monitor and report when referrers hit key milestones.
- Work closely with marketing leads to generate and share weekly reports with insights.
- Assist with financial tasks, including invoice and purchase order processing.
Qualifications
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (functions & formulas).
- Ability to read and analyze dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Can write or modify SQL queries in Mode, Snowflake, or similar programs (ramp-up support available).
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Can manage tasks efficiently and communicate insights effectively.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative.
- Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM PST.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with invoice processing, referral bonuses, and payment submissions.
- Experience using Coupa and Jira.
