[Hiring] Manager, Pharmacy Reporting & Analytics @Sentara Health

Role Description

Sentara Health is looking for a strategic leader to join our team as Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This is a Full time remote position.

• Leverage knowledge of informatics infrastructure, analytical tools, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends.
• Develop and maintain pharmacy reporting.
• Support PBM oversight (including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing).
• Lead a team of analytical resources.
• Balance independently conducting complex analyses with mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with other management in the pharmacy department, pharmacy benefit manager, IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance areas.
• Embodies a servant leadership style, leading by example, empowering others, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Passionate about mentoring and coaching their team to help them grow both personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree required.
• Project Management Professional Certification PMP (Preferred).

Requirements

• 5 years of Healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including Pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment.
• Experience includes drug pricing, rebates, network discounts, benefit designs, auditing, pharmacy regulatory reporting, and compliance highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI and Tableau highly preferred.
• Experience with DataBricks preferred.
• Experience developing data driven presentations.
• Experience conducting financial analyses and ROI.
• Project Management experience required.
