[Hiring] Lead Global Pricing Analyst @EZCORP

Role Description

The Lead Global Pricing Analyst develops pricing strategies and is responsible for pricing diagnostics across all countries where EZCORP operates, working through proprietary analytical models and recurring reporting. This is a hands-on, end-to-end analytical role:

• Pulls data directly from company databases (SQL).
• Builds analyses and visualizations in Python.
• Isolates the root cause of pricing performance issues.
• Communicates verified insights to senior leadership and field operations.

The core daily toolkit is SQL, Python, and Claude Code — AI is central to how this team works, used as an analytical co-pilot to accelerate diagnostics and reporting while preserving human validation. The Lead also mentors the other Global Pricing Analysts and is the go-to partner for pricing questions across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a business-side analyst in pricing, retail, CPG, financial services, or a similar commercial environment.
• Proven record of turning analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Requirements

• SQL: able to independently query and join data from relational databases.
• Python for data analysis, including plotting and visualization (pandas, matplotlib/plotly, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools (Claude Code, Claude, or similar LLM tools) in daily analytical work.
• Comfortable running hypothesis tests on results.
