Role Description
As the Lead Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping key business decisions through data. Your expertise will drive the development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation, dashboards, and performance metrics that support our business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and develop processes for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights for business teams.
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Manage processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Clearly convey the results and business impacts of data initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure data availability and quality across internal tools and platforms, developing processes for ongoing monitoring.
- Establish and maintain data support and reporting needs for stakeholders across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in data/business analytics.
- Proficiency in Tableau, DBT, SQL, DWH. Preferred to have Amplitude experience.
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead a team and take ownership from conceptualization to execution.
